Usually, delivery within 2 to 9 days after placing an order.
International shipping overseas
Sequential delivery. It may take about 2 weeks after ordering.
※In cases of concentrated orders, long holidays due to Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or company holidays, orders including backordered items, or during periods of high workload and the surrounding times, delivery may take longer than usual.

Once the product arrives, please immediately check for any damage, etc.
In the unlikely event of damage during delivery or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
We will arrange for repair or exchange at our shipping expense.
If repair is not possible, or in the case of sold-out, discontinued, or limited edition products that cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and transfer fees after the product has been returned to us at our shipping expense.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products due to customer convenience.
Additionally, please be aware that returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

・Cases where product boxes, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost
All products handled by our store meet the manufacturer's quality standards and also the inspection standards of domestic authorized distributors.
We conduct transactions with the understanding that minor scratches or abrasions that inevitably occur during manufacturing, as well as material indentations or black spots, are considered good products, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
