International shipping overseas
Delivered sequentially. It may take about 2 weeks after your order.
※In cases of high order volume, consecutive holidays (weekends, public holidays, company holidays), orders including pre-order items, or during periods with heavy workload and the surrounding times, delivery may take longer than usual.

Upon receiving your product, please immediately check for any damage.
In the unlikely event of damage during shipping or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
We will repair or exchange the item at our shipping expense.
If repair is not possible, or if the item is sold out, discontinued, or a limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and transfer fees after you return the product at our shipping expense.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Additionally, please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products that have been more than 8 days since arrival
・Products that have been used once by the customer
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
・When product boxes, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost
All products handled by our store meet the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of domestic authorized dealers.
We conduct transactions with the understanding that minor scratches, scuffs, dents, and black dots that inevitably occur during manufacturing due to material characteristics are considered good quality, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
