＜Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges＞

Upon receiving your product, please immediately check for any damage.
In the unlikely event of damage during shipping or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
We will repair or exchange the item at our expense.
If repair is not possible, or if the item is sold out, discontinued, or a limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and transfer fees after you return the product at our expense.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Additionally, please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Products for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival
・Products that have been used by the customer
・Products damaged or stained by the customer
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
・When the product box, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories are stained, damaged, or lost

All products handled by our store meet the manufacturer's quality standards and the inspection standards of authorized domestic distributors.
We conduct transactions with the understanding that minor scratches or abrasions that inevitably occur during manufacturing, as well as indentations and black spots due to material, are considered good quality items. Therefore, returns or exchanges for these reasons cannot be accepted.
