Return and Refund Policy

■ Order Cancellations

VIRGOwearworks OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE does not accept order cancellations due to customer reasons, except for reasons attributable to us such as initial defects.
Thank you for your understanding.

 

■ Returns and Exchanges

We pay close attention to product quality. However, in the unlikely event of an initial defect or an incident such as those listed below occurring during shipping, we will handle returns and exchanges at our expense.

・If the product is damaged/soiled
・If a product different from your order was delivered

If you wish to return or exchange a product for any of the above reasons, please contact us at the inquiry details below within 7 days of product arrival.
We kindly ask that you keep the product in its original packaging condition at that time.

Afterward, we will proceed with the return/exchange process.
If a replacement product is available, we will exchange it for a good product, bearing the shipping costs for return and re-delivery.
If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund of the price.

Please note that even if unopened, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted if 7 days have passed since the product arrived.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons.
Also, please understand that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

・Products for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival
・Products that have been used by the customer
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
・If accessories such as the product box, tags, or instruction manuals are soiled, damaged, or lost

Please note that we cannot assist with such cases.

・Sizes are approximate. Please understand that errors may occur.

 

■ Cooling-off Period

The cooling-off period is a system applicable to door-to-door sales.
Since our products are sold via mail order, where customers access us, the cooling-off system does not apply. Thank you for your understanding.

 

■ Repairs

We will repair damaged or defective products as much as possible, even those not considered initial defects purchased at our directly managed stores.
Please prepare proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order screen, and contact us to confirm the product's condition, delivery time, cost, and repair feasibility.
