① Choose the product you want to buy.

Follow the instructions in the shopping cart to determine your "buyer information," "delivery address information," and "payment method."

Consolidated purchase calculation rule: Even if you order multiple products for one delivery address, the cash on delivery fee will be the amount shown in the table above.
Consumption tax on cash on delivery fee: This fee includes consumption tax.
Regarding refusal to accept cash on delivery:
・If you refuse to accept a product sent via cash on delivery, the product will be returned to the store.
・If acceptance is refused, the store will incur damages including shipping and handling fees, packaging materials, and time spent.
Therefore, if a product is returned due to refusal to accept cash on delivery or expiration of the storage period without a legitimate reason, we will charge for the round-trip shipping fee, cash on delivery fee (330 yen plus 1,100 yen including cancellation fees, which may vary depending on the product price), and packaging materials, and may refuse future reservations.

■ Order Cancellations
VIRGOwearworks OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE does not accept order cancellations due to customer convenience, except for reasons attributable to us, such as initial defects.

■ Returns and Exchanges
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of an initial defect or an accident during delivery as described below, we will handle returns and exchanges at our expense.

■ Cooling-off Period
Cooling-off is a system applied to door-to-door sales.
The sale of our products is mail order, which customers access, so the cooling-off system does not apply. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Repairs
We will repair damaged or defective products, other than initial defects purchased at our directly managed stores, whenever possible.
Please prepare proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order screen, and contact us once so that we can check the product's condition, delivery time, cost, and repair feasibility.
■ If you could not receive your package due to an unknown address or long-term absence
・The delivery company's package storage period is approximately 1 to 10 days.
・Packages that exceed the storage period will be refused and returned to our store.
・Please note that when a package is returned, return shipping fees at the normal rate (cash on delivery) will be incurred for each item, and we will charge you the actual round-trip shipping cost.
・If you wish to resend a product that was once refused, additional shipping fees will be incurred separately from the return shipping fees.
・If a product is returned to us due to a long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, etc., and then cancelled, please note that we will charge you the actual round-trip shipping cost.
・This also applies if delivery is not possible due to an unknown address.
・When placing an order, please be sure to check and register your address, including the house number and room number.
