VIREMY Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for "VIRGOwearworks OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), which is operated by the Company, as follows.
Users of the Service (including members and guests) shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 (Membership Registration)
- A member is a person who has applied for membership registration by the method prescribed by the Company and whose application has been approved by the Company, after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 3 (Withdrawal)
- Members may withdraw at any time through the prescribed procedure.
- After withdrawal, the Company shall not be obligated to retain personal information, except when required by law.
- Obligations already incurred shall not be extinguished even after the loss of membership status.
Article 4 (Product Information)
- While the Company endeavors to post accurate product information, in the event of misprints or pricing errors, orders may be canceled or their details confirmed.
- Product images are made to be as close to the actual product as possible, but there may be differences in color and other aspects depending on the viewing environment.
Article 5 (Order Cancellation)
In principle, the Service does not accept order cancellations due to customer reasons, except in cases such as initial defects for which the Company is responsible.

Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)
- While we take all possible measures to ensure product quality, we accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damage or soiling of the product
- If a product different from the order was delivered
- Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
- The Company will bear the shipping costs for return and redelivery.
- If an exchange product cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- If 8 or more days have passed since the product arrived.
- Used products.
- Damage, modification, or repair by the customer.
- Missing accessories.
Article 7 (Cooling-off)
Since this service is a mail-order sale, the cooling-off system does not apply.

The Company may offer repair services depending on the condition of the product.

Article 9 (Delivery and Redelivery)
- Products past their retention period will be returned.
- The shipping costs for return and redelivery will be borne by the customer.
- The same applies to long-term absence and refusal to receive.
Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are prohibited:
- Provision of false information.
- Fraudulent orders or returns.
- Fraudulent claims due to intentional damage to products.
If a customer intentionally damages a good product they purchased themselves, it does not constitute property damage. However, if a customer maliciously damages a product intentionally or deceives us to obtain money by refusing to exchange a good product for one equivalent to a defective product, or if it is confirmed that a good product has been made defective, we will take legal action and guidance from our legal counsel, the police, and experts.
If there are reasons attributable to the Company regarding this Service and damages are incurred by the user as a result, the Company's liability for damages shall be limited to the price paid by the user for the product.

- The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred through the use of this Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- The service may be interrupted due to natural disasters, system failures, etc.
Article 13 (Damages)
Damage compensation due to reasons attributable to the Company shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
Article 15 (Consultation)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be resolved through consultation between the Company and the user.
Furthermore, if actions in violation of these Terms or actions deemed inappropriate by the Company are confirmed, the Company may take measures such as restricting orders or suspending account usage, at its discretion.
By placing an order for a product on this online store, the customer is deemed to have sufficiently confirmed and understood the contents of these Terms and agreed to them, and a contract based on these Terms shall be formed.
