VIREMY Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as "the Company" ) has established the following Terms of Use ( hereinafter referred to as "these Terms" ) for its " VIRGOwearworks OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE ". Users of this service ( meaning members and guests ) agree to the following matters.

2. Product Information

3. Repair, Return, and Exchange
For products purchased at our directly managed stores, we will repair or replace any damage or defects that can be determined to be initial defects free of charge.

(Please note that shipping and repair costs will be the customer's responsibility.)
Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when you visit our store.
■ Returns and Exchanges
Once your order arrives, please be sure to check within 7 days to ensure that the product is free of scratches or defects and that the contents of your order are correct.
Additionally, please be sure to keep the "Delivery Slip/Receipt" included with the product, as well as the "Warranty" if one is included.

*For items purchased at stores other than VIZ STORE-TOKYO or other retailers , please contact the store where you purchased the item.
In addition, this includes defective products caused by the customer's own negligence.
While intentionally damaging a good product purchased by a customer does not constitute property damage, if a customer intentionally damages a product in an attempt to obtain money by refusing to exchange a defective product for an equivalent good product, or if it is confirmed that a good product has been made defective and damaged, we will take legal action, including guidance from the police, lawyers, and experts.
In the event that damages are incurred by the user due to reasons attributable to our company in relation to this service, our liability for compensation shall be limited to the price at which the user purchased this product.

In the following cases, we may interrupt or suspend this service without prior notice or consent from the user.
We shall not be held liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users as a result of the following circumstances.
This service is used for regular maintenance, updates, and in emergency situations. In the event that it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster. In the event that we are unable to continue providing this service due to other unforeseen circumstances, While our company takes sufficient care to protect personal information entered and transmitted by users when using this service, including encrypting and securely storing and managing it, we cannot guarantee against information leakage, loss, or alteration by third parties.
