Important notice regarding login and account transfer

We are pleased to announce that the VIRGOwearworks OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE has undergone a grand renewal and reopened on March 19, 2026.

With this renewal, we have integrated the membership ranks and points from the old online store "V-STORE" and our directly managed store "VIZ store-tokyo".

■ About account migration

Your existing account information has been securely migrated by us and can be used as is on the new online store.

However, for your first login, account activation and password reset will be required.

We have provided a form on the login screen to send an account activation email. Please enter your registered email address and follow the instructions in the "Account Activation" email you receive to complete the setup.

*Please note that if the email address you enter is different from your registered email address, you will not receive the email.

■ How to proceed

For customers who registered before March 19, 2026,
an email with the subject "Account Activation" has been sent from VIRGOwearworks OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE (store @vgw.jp).

Click (tap) the "Activate Account" button in the email.

※If you have not received the email, you can request a resend or change your registered email address and then request a resend.
Please contact us via the inquiry form.

Set a new password on the transition page and
click (tap) "Activate".

→ Once logged in, if you can access your account page, the migration is complete.

※After completing the setup, you can log in with the password you set yourself.

※Customers who have previously used "Shop login" can also log in via Shop login by entering their email address on the login screen.

However, to ensure a smoother experience, we recommend setting your password via the account activation email for your first login.

■ About Points

With this integration, points can be used commonly at both the online store and directly managed stores.

• Can be used as 1pt = 1 yen
• All held points have been transferred to the new account.
• If registered at both store and online, points have been combined

※Expiration date for migrated points: 1 year from the renewal date
(Normal points are valid for 1 year from the last purchase date)

■ About Membership Ranks

Membership ranks will continue to be available, but some aspects of the system have been revised with this renewal.

Rank migration is as follows:

• Old VIP → New VIP
• Old GOLD → New SILVER
• Old SILVER or no purchase history in the past year → BRONZE
